Our business is the result of one man's dream and determination. In 1969, Virgil West started his bedding company with the help of one employee. He built the beds from start to finish and sold them from his truck to local furniture stores. For the remainder of his life, Virgil witnessed his hard work grow into one of the most dependable and recognizable bedding companies in the mattress industry.

Today, Capital Bedding Inc. is still owned and operated by the West family. Their leadership and tenacity ensures that Virgil's dream thrives and is recognizable in every bed we make.
